Beautiful necklace and great customer service!
A very nice necklace! The shop owner is super kind and messaged me once I ordered the necklace so that they can receive feedback. We had a nice conversation. I was worried that the chain of the necklace would get stuck on some of my hair and pull out small baby hairs around my neck, but luckily it does not do that :) I love the style of the necklace, it matches the description and photos. I might buy the matching earrings! The packaging was very very nice, if I remember correctly it came in a small bag nicely wrapped in tissue paper with a thank you card for ordering and an incense stick. The packaging was very aesthetically pleasing and it made the whole experience of opening it up better. This necklace is very symbolic to me and so I'm very glad that there was a lot of care put into the order. Thank you for the necklace!
