Update on U.S. Orders

Hi loves,

We want to keep you in the loop about what’s happening with U.S. shipping right now.

There have been some new customs regulations announced at the border, and carriers are still finalizing how they’ll handle shipments. Because of this, we’re accepting U.S. orders as usual, but they may not leave right away. As soon as carriers confirm the new shipping process, we’ll get your packages on their way!

💌 What you need to know right now:

  • U.S. orders are open - expect up to 2 weeks delay while carriers implement the new system. If it doesn't get resolved by then, we are comfortable to offer you a refund if you want to, of course.

  • Thanks to the CUSMA trade agreement (Canada–U.S.–Mexico), our jewelry that’s designed, assembled, and transformed in Canada, should remain duty/tariff free for U.S. customers. So you shouldn’t have to worry about extra costs at delivery, yay! Right now, we need to wait for the new accreditation paperwork, otherwise they charge 35% on everything at the border and we wouldn't want that for you!

We’re so grateful for your patience while we figure this out with the carriers. Your support means the world to us, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way, so it's as clear as possible. We are doing everything we can to make this quick, as our biggest release of the year is coming and we are so excited!
